The Yes Men Fix The World - P2P Edition

Media Type: Movie
Director The Yes Men

Description:

THE YES MEN FIX THE WORLD is a screwball true story about two gonzo political activists who, posing as top executives of giant corporations, lie their way into big business conferences and pull off the world's most outrageous pranks. This peer-to-peer special edition of the film is unique: it is preceded by an EXCLUSIVE VIDEO of the Yes Men impersonating the United States Chamber of Commerce. Because the Yes Men are being sued for this stunt, p2p is the only way that this film will get seen. Please spread the word!

Honestly this film makes me want to get all French Revolution, I want to hold every single fat cat corporate scum bag accountable for money over morals. I laugh at religious people for living their life according to morals from a book and not from their own thoughts, yet people obviously need that guidance to see through greed, I never thought it was that bad till I watched this. When's the Yes men Project Mayhem then please?

Excellent documentary!! To the douche bag climate change denialists: suffice to say there is a scientific consensus, If you think you're capable of assessing the raw data yourself get a degree in the field and do so properly.

The movie has some good points, but it's completely one-sided. Well, anyone who thinks that a regime where government controls everything is good can move freely to North Korea or Cuba, 20 years ago he would have also Soviet union available.

Absolutely loved it. Very moving at times, particularly the material regarding Bhopal. The emphasis on the capitalist mentality of putting financial self-interest before human life really gave the film weight. Great to see activism practiced in a way that is all at once insightful, sincere, funny and accessible.

"You can't have an organized civilization without greed and corruption at the top".

- I'm from Norway. here we have equal power and responsibility between The court, the senate (if you will), and the government.

In USA you have corporate fat-cats.

I am unemployed currently with no source of income. I gave much of what I had to a church, and that was less than $5.00 usd. I just wanted to thank you guys for legally allowing us to download your movie, as I am sure it was work and took some $$. I have not watched the movie, but the description sounds great. Is their more information on WHY you are being sued over this film? I thought the first amendment gave you freedom of speech to do most anything in a movie. Shucks, just look at all of the people Saturday Night Live drags through the dirt and they are not getting sued to my knowledge.
